I got this rather nifty bottle washer in a lot I bought for 5 bucks. it has wire brushes that pop out and spin to clean the inside of bottles. Does anyome know where it's from or what it's called? Also there is this another tool but I have no clue what it is or what it's used for.

I don't know the brands, but are you sure they're for brewing? I wouldn't think wire brushes would be a good idea.

Plus, I think the first tool is a paint mixer. I have one that looks just like that, but blue.

Given the state of the interwebz, I would have *NEVER* Googled anything with the word "stroking".

You are a brave man, Bracc.
