Anyone here make Kefir

My Periodontist put me on antibiotics and suggested that I drink some Kefir daily to restore the good internal bugs and flora that the antibiotics harm. So I started researching and learning all bout Kefir. Apparently this stuff has numerous health benefits and I want to start making my own as opposed to buying at Whole Foods. I am looking for a source for Milk Kefir Grains and figures someone amongst us must be in the know. If you are in CO and know of a local source please PM me.

i make kefir, though i have my grains in sleep mode right now.

The only thing I can add is I seem to find kefir grains on craigslist relatively often while searching for sacks of brewing grains.

I've purchased water kefir from http://www.yemoos.com/ and they are awsome. Good quality, reproduce well and made a teriffic product. Im sure their milk kefir grains are quality too.
