Anyone have experience with.....

Today I was in my LHBS, and noticed a few items that I had not noticed before and was wandering if anyone has experience using any of these. The first was Huell Melon hops, second was Mandarina Bavaria hops, and last was White Sorghum LME. What types of flavors do the hops provide or are they used for bittering? I am assuming the LME would be used in a lighter style brew, mainly to make it gluten free.

The hops are pretty much what they sound like. One is sort of melon flavor/aroma and the other is kind of mandarin orange.
