Today I was in my LHBS, and noticed a few items that I had not noticed before and was wandering if anyone has experience using any of these. The first was Huell Melon hops, second was Mandarina Bavaria hops, and last was White Sorghum LME. What types of flavors do the hops provide or are they used for bittering? I am assuming the LME would be used in a lighter style brew, mainly to make it gluten free.
