Time for another Brew On Board....

I love moose drool, and more importantly my brew consuming companion (who bought me brewing books for our anniversary) loves Moose Drool as well. I think I'd like to take a crack at it.

I know that AHS has a moose drool clone kit, but I am fortunate enough to live 6 blocks by foot from a LHS so I'd like to buy everything from him and keep him in business.

Anyone have a good extract/specialty grain recipe?
