Anyone have a good Irish Red?

I was going to use a few (6) pounds of light extract and steep caramel malt, carapils and chocolate malt for color and head. Add some Fuggles and call it a batch.

Has anyone made a great red before? Looking for a little input. :drunk:

Me too, but mine turned out WAY too dark, so I need to tweak the recipe.
