My "goto" beer lately has been Bell's Amber. I haven't had it in years, favoring IPA's, pumpkin beers and Stouts. And I forgot how nice, balanced, and uncomplicated it is.

I'm about to have an empty fermentor in a couple of days, so I thought It'd be nice to whip up a batch of a simple amber ale.

Anyone got a good recipe? I'm looking for a Partial/mini Mash or extract with special grains.

Thanks.
