So I used my randall for the first time yesterday and ran 3-4 gallons through it before the party died. Can I freeze the hops and use them the next time I use the randall or just toss them? I know the hops will keep for a few weeks if you're using the randall sparingly, but wasn't sure what I could do for long term storage.

Hop prices have been dropping and are continuing the trend, which makes me wonder why you'd want to bother?

I suppose as David says you can use them for bittering but how would you know what AA% value to assign them? Surely running beer through them is going to carry off some of the Lupulin leaving you with an unknown quanity.
