Not this weekend! I brewed one last weekend, and will be dryhopping it this weekend, if that counts. This weekend I'm brewing an American pale ale, sort of a Mirror Pond type beer.

Brewing a double batch of the AHS $20. IPA (plus 2 lbs of LME and an extra oz of Cascade for the dry hop).

Brewed an English IPA a couple weeks ago...getting ready to dry hop w/3oz of Fuggles. This weekend will be the exact same grain bill and mash except with American IPA hops. Can't wait to blast the wort with 8-12 oz of Amarillo/Centennial. Also can't believe I'm getting 1.007 FG with a 158F mash...gotta love Notty yeastcakes! Need to stock up on IPAs before summer...
