I found the recipe here https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f69/bloody-ira-68010/ and ordered the goodies to brew this one this weekend. But there doesn't seem to be a lot of feedback from others and I was looking for other opinions before I spend a ton of time on it.
I am leaning more toward doing Biermuncher's Cream of Three Crops for my new rig's maiden voyage. I could use the recipe simplicity to concentrate on system performance and tweaking, but I would still like to have other opinions on the IRA recipe for a future brew.

I have not, but it looks like a solid recipe to me.

I plan on brewing it in the future.

That is good to know. I know BarleyWater thinks it is great, but it is nice to have several echo the same opinion. Just because one person likes the taste of cat crap (think Laughing Gnome :D) doesn't mean it will really appeal to the masses..... Know what I mean?
