Anyone brew a good simcoe IPA recently?

So I have 2lbs of whole hop simcoe sitting in my freezer taking up a bunch of room.. I'm looking for a good IPA recipe to use some of them up , I've never actually used simcoe before, so I'm not quite sure what to expect.

I really enjoy strong pine aroma and citusy flavor w/ my IPA's, not sure if these fit the bill or not Doesn't need to be all simcoe, but I would like to get the essence of simcoe!

Anyone brewed up anything good recently?? Thanks!
