Any idea what these hops might be

We have a source for wild hops. Any guess what they might be. Smell and taste like Cascade and Centennial but that is just a guess.

Looks like there are 3 and 5 lobe leaves on the bine. Is that right or could it be there are 2 types of hops growing there?
