Any Harm in Repitching

Is there any reason not to repitch a full dose of yeast. My gravity didnt finish out where I wanted it and Ive already moved it over to my secondary and really would like to see if I can get it down from 1.026 to 1.012

None at all, although you should go for a high-attenuation yeast rather than pitching the same one. The original yeast has added its characteristics to the beer and that won't change.

Be sure to pitch a good active starter.

Well Im doing a Belgian Ipa and used Wyeast Belgian Ardennes(3522) which has a attenuation of 72-76%. But it appears my extracts were high in fermentable sugars. So should I use another Belgian strain ?

No, a neutral dry yeast is your best bet. Or Pacman, if you can find it.

Champagne yeast is usually good for these situations.
