Definitely try this beer. Its not a session beer, but its pretty nice if you're only planning to have one or two.

i agree. i didnt like it at first as it is thinner than i thought that it would be but it is actually very good.

I have been drinking them while I wait for my porter to be done

I have been gone from this forum for a while. In fact I have not brewed in over a year. I actually came back for this recipe because someone begged me to make it again. So, here I am. If made right, this is the tastiest beer you could ever imagine. Lat time it was made 5 of us downed a 24x12 oz case of it one night. Needless to say it was headache central the next morning. It might have been with the tequila that accompanied it though..LOL!
If you are looking for a vanilla ale, this is it, no need to look any further.
