Apparently a few of my 2019 hop cones have ants. Is it like fruit flies where 1 individual bug can quickly spoil a batch of beer? These would be used in the kettle, and not for dry-hop.

Anything grown (especially outside) is going to collect micro organisms and provide habitat for insects.

If it's a kettle addition you definitely don't need to worry. I've dry hopped with my homegrown hops and I'm sure some insects managed to make it into a beer or 2 at some point and I haven't had any issues.
