Will mixing two different kinds of yeast in one brew produce interesting or disastrous results? Just an idea I was toying with.

If both yeasts are somewhat neutral it should have not effect. If one yeast produces strong flavors (like a belgian or hefe yeast) and the other is neutral than the strong should dominate. If you pitch two different strains with strong flavor profiles, then the results might be weird.

Why would you want to do that, just out of curiousity?
