I started a Lemon Corriander Wiess (Lemon Wheat Beer) on Sunday, and right after that, my buddy started a doppelbock We now collectively have 20 gallons on their way, with 10 of those gallons that will be ready to drink this coming Sunday. 5 gal of double IPA and 5 gal of Irish Stout, I am getting past the point of stoke. :rockin:
