Kegged my first beer a couple weeks ago. Set it and forgot it. Thirsty Night when I got home from work, tried to pour a cold one. Nothing came out. The day before no problems at all. So I get my tank refilled Friday and take it home. I disassemble everything from the gas out on the regulator to the keg. Reconnect everything, pressurize to 30 and hear a hiss. Locate where my problem is coming from with StarSan. The leak is from where the barb swivel is connected to the gas line near the ball lock disconnect. I have taken it apart 4 times and reconnected and still have a leak there. any suggestions?

Did you install a nylon flare washer in that swivel nut/barb connector?

Cheers!

No, I didn't, the gas line kit I bought did not have any. I guess I will have to track some down.
