Mash Made Easy is now available as a download on the website linked below for both the US and Metric formats. MME is free and complete. No teaser leading to a pay version.

Changes include:

1) Completed the process of integrating all acids and bases relative strengths (meaning relative to your chosen pH target) to their dissociation constants. Weak Acids and Bases have strengths which are not fixed, but rather vary and change with respect both to themselves and with respect to others as one changes the pH target. The weaker the acid or base, the more radically its relative strength changes when the pH target is changed.

2) Extended the above fully to all acids available for selection and use on the Sparge Water pH adjusting sheet, which now also varies acid strength with target pH with respect to dissociation.

3) Further refinement to the means by which Mash Made Easy handles Ca(OH)2, integrating dissociation constant variability (as above) with the earlier merging of Kolbach and Taylor as per the work achieved in previous version 9.10. Removed the previous kludge that was found necessary in 9.10 whereby to handle the simultaneous downward pH driven by the Ca++ ion and upward pH driven by the two OH- ions within Ca(OH)2.
