Announcing 'Mash Made Easy' version 8.10 in both the US and Metric formats.

Changes include:

1) In what is a major change in thinking for me, version 8.10 sets the downward shift in mash pH to fully 100% of Kolbach. See my post at this link for the reasoning: htttps://www.homebrewtalk.com/forum/threads/a-standard-candle-by-which-to-confirm-kolbachs-mineral-ph-shift-in-the-mash.673438/

2) Ca(OH)2 additions are now larger due to the above. The Ca++ calcium ion is driving the mash pH downward simultaneous with the OH- hydroxyl ion raising the pH, so more downward pH impact from Ca++ demands more OH-.
