amylase enzyme

im looking for some amylase enzyme as i also make my own whisky and having a hard time finding roughly 2L of it iv asked in a distilling website aswell but im nearing to make 400L of finished whisky to age for a few years under the house in my new barrels from the winery

and obviously i want to increase my efficacy witch is hard work with malted corn not enough enzymes available well 1 barrel is going to be a 100% corn mash and the other im still looking at recipes to use
