crisp, clean, great citrus hop flavor
I have brewed this three times so far, love it. As the weather is heating up, its time to go at it again. Perfect poolside sipper, with lunch, after mowing the lawn or just about anytime. Hoppy enough for a hophead, and a good gateway for your BMC neighbor.

Ingredients
5.5# 2 row
5.5# white wheat
1# flaked wheat
.5# munich
.5# rice hull

mash at 152 for 60 minutes

.75 oz centennial @ 60 min
.75 oz amarillo gold @ 5 min
1 oz citra @ flame out

wlp320

ferment at 68 +/- 3 weeks

Just tapped this same exact recipe, but my LHBS was out of citra. Used Galaxy, whirlpooled for 15. Big hit here as well!
 
two weeks in the bottle, needs a bit more time, but tastes great
