Ha, no. I'm not much of a junk hoarder. They did pick the guy who owned the gas station, though. He passed away recently, but his wife let him go through their stuff. That part hasn't been on yet, though.

They came through our town a year ago. It was fun to identify the local landmarks as they drove past them. The funny part was they went past the same places a couple times but made it look like they were driving all over the place. I've got tonight's episode on DVR. I'll watch it soon. Tell me if there is anything to look for.

I only watched it until they left the gas station owner's stuff- I think that was all they had from our town.

Aw, they were closed when I went to buy some pastys from there. Next year for sure. I think we ate pastys from just about every other shop in the UP though.

Oh, that's right! It was a Sunday when you guys left. Next time, let me know if it'll be a Sunday, and I can get some frozen or some made the day before. They are just about the best around, except not enough rutabagas.

I actually saw them- but I had no idea who/what they were as I never heard of them until they went to Chris' house to pick through Ernie's stuff.

I heard that "American Pickers" were coming, and I thought it was a bluegrass concert.

Then a friend told me that the guys in the white van were people who went through stuff on TV. I didn't believe it, but I was proven wrong. Yesterday at work, someone mentioned that it was going to be on TV so I found out which channel and turned it on. I made it for nearly 20 minutes with the TV on!

Last time someone mentioned pastys I made a joke about stripper tassles that I thought far more people would find funny. I think it had a lot of promise, not sure why it died as it did.
