American Pale Wheat Ale

I am looking to make a wheat beer with out the Clover/Banana taste of some of the German and Belgian beers. Should I use a Yeast like SA-05 for a standard yeast flavor or something else? I want the Wheat/Malts to really shine.

If you don't want the yeast character you described, I'd say US-05 would be fine!
