Funny thing. One of my bud/coor's lite friends brought me a mini-keg of Amberjaque Amber Rye Ale from the Lazy Magnolia Brewng Company of Mississippi. It was given to him by a salesman. No one liked it at his office (surprise) and he knew that I liked good Ales. Anyone try this stuff? It has a bit of a different after taste that I can't pinpoint but it is pretty good.

It's the rye. :drunk:

I have some friends that like the Amberjaque and my wife even does, but I like their Blue Heron better.

I'm not terribly fond of any of the Lazy Magnolia beers. I make better brews, so it's hard to buy theirs.

Apparently, however, they sell base grain to the public, so I may be hitting them up for a 55lb sack in the near future. I might just drop them a few bottles off and wait for the comments.
