Amber-Red IPA

Ive followed homebrew talk for awhile I've been a wine an mead maker for a long time 15 years. And over that period of time I've brewed beer off and on and had good success with only one failed brew. But this is my first red IPA and I figured it was something actually post worthy. I winged the whole thing without any recipe and I am all out of my first five gallons at "a little out in the country party" in eastern NC. It lasted less than an hour before I had no more and this was the final glass. Rich cherry color and beautiful head.

Well since you winged the recipe, I hope you wrote it down so you can accurately make it again since you liked it so much. Nice job!
