5 lbs Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain 1
5 lbs Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 2
1 lbs Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 3
8.0 oz Biscuit Malt (23.0 SRM) Grain 4
8.0 oz Melanoiden Malt (20.0 SRM) Grain 5
6.4 oz Brown Malt (65.0 SRM) Grain 6
4.8 oz Special B Malt (180.0 SRM) Grain 7
0.2 oz Chinook [11.1%] - Boil 90 min Hops 8
0.8 oz Cascade [6.2%] - Boil 60 min Hops 9
0.3 oz Chinook [13.0%] - Boil 10 min Hops 10
1 pkgs London Ale Yeast (Wyeast Labs #1028) Yeast 11

The last chinook will actually be ~1oz of FRESH wet hops from my chinook plant...

Thoughts? Too much melaniodin?
