I have 6 lbs of breiss sparkling amber liquid malt extract that I want to use. I have searched and can't easily locate a good recipe to use it on. I have the ability to do anything from extract to all grain brewing. Can anyone direct me to a good recipe I can use this extract on?

I have brewed Schlenkerla's Amber from the recipe section several times and it has turned out great. I have subsituted different hops to change it up a bit. I really like it using Amarillo.

My SMWBO slayer caramel ale was:

6 lbs amber DME
2 lbs crystal 40L

1 oz fuggles 60 minutes

yeast

EVERYONE liked it, but it was on the sweet side to be sure!

Thanks for the suggestions, think I'm going to try the Schlenkerla's Amber being that it's more the style of beer I like. Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.
