Höðr = God of winter. Norse gods.
This may be a Signature Valhalla's Gate brew. I would like some of you to make it and let me know if it is as good as I think. I get a lot of caramel mixed with a nice bread taste. Aroma is very pleasant and the IBUs are really well balanced.

This is possible the best brew I have ever made and the first that I feel is worth sharing abroad.

Please note that my Brewhouse efficiency ended at 50%-I have fixed that now.- adjust for your efficiency. If you need me to adjust the recipe for efficiency then I just pm me.
