- Tasting Notes
- Hoppy enough for my taste but balanced enough to go down really quick. :)
11 lbs Briess 2-row
1.5 lbs Vienna
0.5 lbs British Crystal 50-60L
0.25 lbs Wheat Malt
1.50 oz Amarillo pellets (7.5%AA, 60 minutes) - 38.6 IBU
1.00 oz Amarillo (30 minutes) - 19.8 IBU
0.50 oz Amarillo (5 minutes) - 2.6 IBU
1.00 oz Amarillo (0 minutes)
1.00 oz Amarillo (Dry Hop 7 days)
Mash:
16.5 qt at 150F for 75 minutes
This was my first IPA recipe, and it was so good I've had to brew it quite a bit.
