Here is my recipe I'm planning to brew tomorrow so let me know what you think.

Amarillo APA

American Pale Ale (10 A)

Type: All Grain
Batch Size: 5.50 gal
Boil Size: 8.76 gal
Boil Time: 60 min
End of Boil Vol: 6.76 gal
Final Bottling Vol: 4.75 gal
Fermentation: Ale, Primary Straight to Keg

8 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 1 84.2 %
12.0 oz Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain 2 7.9 %
8.0 oz Caramunich Malt (56.0 SRM) Grain 3 5.3 %
4.0 oz Biscuit Malt (23.0 SRM) Grain 4 2.6 %
0.50 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 5 14.4 IBUs

Mash Out Error: Infusion temperature above boiling. Add more water! 168.0 F 10 min

Sparge

Fly sparge with 5.27 gal water at 168.0 F
Mash Notes: Simple single infusion mash for use with most modern well modified grains (about 95% of the time).
 
Almost exactly my recipe, I used no munich and 24oz Caramunich Malt same IBUs too. Was a very nice drinkable beer (like a nice Chardonnay wine on a late afternoon). Made Amarillo my favorite hop as seems to leave less after taste (IMHO). I named mine Amarillo Blond. Think you may like this simple beer with full taste. Oh, let me know what the biscuit malt tasted like in here, please.
