Went to update my yeast collection, grab some growler caps & a new hyrdrometer jar. Threw the items into the online cart at <doesn't matter> and clickerooney.

Then I get the thank you message about the order and I realize I was noodling with some Maris Otter 10 pounds and a couple of other grains, and hops and things and never cleared the cart first.

Sigh. I'll just have to brew more.

Hey, some of us like to keep some materials in stock. 4-8 batches worth is normal for me. Never did trust that "just in time" inventory stagey.

I hear you although My experience was the opposite ordered everything for my brew day but realized that I somehow miscalculated and was short about 1.5# of 2 row.
