Hey all,

I searched a little and couldn't find any debate about aluminum brewpots. In Homebrewer's Companion, Papazian says that you should be fine, as long as you have no worries about alzhiemers etc, you should have no qualms about brewing in aluminum. I was curious what everyone else thinks. I'm on a budget would really like to get a turkey fryer setup, but most come with aluminum pots it seems. So, long story short, what do you guys think about brewing in aluminum? I'm a little hesitant, but what do I know?

Matt

I imagine there is nothing wrong with it as long as its a brand new one,and you did not use it for a lobster gumbo before that.MMM gumbo!
