Hello all!

I tried my hand at an Allagash White clone. I used BeezBrew's all grain as a base and changed it based on what the LHBS had in stock here's the recipe I eded up going with:

Fermentables:
6.25 lbs. Pilsener Belgium
1.50 of lbs. Flaked Barley
2.75 lbs. Wheat Malt America

Hops
0.75 oz. Tettnanger Tettnang Pellet 4.50 16.6 60 min.
0.25 oz. Saazer Pellet 4.30 5.3 60 min.
0.25 oz. Saazer Pellet 4.30 0.9 1 min.

Extras

Amount Name Type Time
0.50 Oz Orange Peel (2 oranges) Spice 0 Min.(boil)<< I zested 4 oranges
Grapefruit (1/4 zest) Spice 0 Min. (boil)<< I zested about half of a small GF
0.50 Oz Corriander Seed Spice 0 Min.(boil)<< I used an ounce uncrushed

Yeast

White Labs WLP400 Belgian Wit Ale<< I Used Wyeast 3944

The Wort tasted and smelled exactly like Blue Moon. Should I crush some corriander and dry hop with it or will the spice notes come out later. I am not a huge fan of this style and am brewing it for a friend. I figured I was going to have to drink the first try (at least) before I get it right for him. I know its early but I figured it's worth asking instead of just dumping more corriander in based off initial tastes and smell. Thanks in advance!
