Anyone got any advice for me on this one???

You might want to put Allagash White in the search function. I know there are a few recipes around. This is what I have done to try and come close:

6 lbs Pilsner (2 Row)
2 1/2 lbs Wheat, Torrified
1 1/2 lbs Wheat - Soft Red, Flaked
1/2 oz Saaz - Boil 60.0 min
1 oz Saaz - Boil 10.0 min
1/2 oz Coriander Seed (Boil 10 mins)
1/2 oz Orange Peel, Bitter (Boil 10 mins)
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger (Boil 10 mins)
Belgian Wit Ale (White Labs #WLP400)

Here's mine, it came out pretty close:

6 lbs Pilsner (2 Row)
2 lbs 8.0 oz Wheat, Torrified
1 lbs 8.0 oz Wheat Malt
1.00 oz Tettnang [4.80 %] (Boil 60.0 min)
0.50 oz Coriander Seed (Boil 5.0 mins)
0.50 oz Orange Peel, Bitter (Boil 5.0 mins)
1/4 tsp Cardamom (Boil 5.0 mins)
Bottle harvested Allagash White yeast
