and recorded the first few steps. I thought you might find this interesting. Apparently this has never been done in the US before.

They mashed to extract tanins and aren't pitching yeast but letting it become infected. They won't sell for at least 2 years.

SIR: I did a quick search for Allagash in general beer discussion and nothing came up.
