All willamette Caribou Slobber?

Has anyone tried this yet? It's hard for me to get hops in my area. I have Willamette, Pacific gem, Galaxy, Amarillo and Chinook on hand. Willamette seemed like the only sole hop addition I could use. Any thoughts or ideas?
