Folks,

I'm brewing this weekend and realized that the only hops I have in the freezer is about 4 oz of Horizon. I've never used it before so I'm a bit nervous about going all-in but I've heard that they can be used for both bittering and aroma/flavor. Has anyone had good luck with an all-Horizon brew?

I don't have the full recipe handy but here's what I remember.

10.5 lbs Pale Malt
1 lb crystal 40
1 lb light Munich
.25 oz Horizon @ 60min
2 oz Horizon @ 10min
1 oz Horizon @ 5 min
US-05 yeast

Other notes:
> 6 gal batch size (I get horrible efficiency ~65% so this will yield about 5% ABV)
> mashing @ 147 for 90min
> Fly sparge; no mashout
> 90 minute boil
> plan to ferment at 67 for 2 days, 65 for remainder (conical in a frig)

What do you think? Opinions wanted!

Update:

I brewed 'er up this morning. This is the first time I've pushed so much hops to the last 10 minutes (trying to reduce the bitterness in the beer in favor of aroma/flavor). Amazing aroma at the 10 minute mark - hope it turns out.
