Does anyone have an easy all grain stout I have only done one all grain so I am still new to the whole process and working out the kinks.

What kind of stout? There really are some distinct styles.

Here's what I'm brewing in the next week or so:

American Stout
5.5 Gallons
Est OG 1.074
IBU 70

15 lbs American 2-Row
.75 lb Crystal 40
.75 lb Chocolate Malt
1 lb Roasted Barley

Mash at 154

1.75 oz Horizon (11.0)- 60 Minutes
1 oz centennial (8.0)- 5 minutes

A California Ale Yeast, WL 001 or Wyeast 1056, or maybe just Safale 05 dry.

It's based on a Jamil recipe for a dry/hoppy west coast style American Stout. Not too complicated and it'll have a big bold roasty flavor that'll be pretty forgiving I'd guess.
