Hello everyone!

Just wanted to say hi and congrats on a great public brew forum!

I'm messaging from sunny Wales in the UK. I've just got into all grain after several batches on brew kits and since I got into kegging and built a kegerator I haven't looked back. Still finding my feet, hence why I'm here! :rockin:

My Kegerator - eBay find, 'Krome' 2-tap tower, I remade the lid out of reclaimed wood from a reclamation yard around the corner from my work.

My Brew set-up in the garage:

Welcome Mikey

You are not the only Welsh in the Village.

There's one or two other folks from Cymru knocking about.

Great result against england the other day. You follow the rugby at all do you?

Truth be told, I haven't been keeping up with it of late.

Hi Both!
Cheers!

Hey Gav, you moved out to the US of A?

I'm Swansea boy born and bred and lifetime Rugby fan. Was probably the best professional game I've seen in too long! had everything you'd ever want from a sports match. epic! :D

I'm from Dublin but have met some solid punters from Wales over the years especially during 6-nations weekends. Sorry for my misleading post earlier.

Been in the states since 2007

Really kickass setup BTW. Couldn't see the pictures on the work computer earlier on. Nice!

I was in the fair city last year, love the place! The guiness factory was probably the start of me thinking the 'I could give this a go' thoughts.

Did you move away just because the brewing equipment is alot cheaper? I must admit I've considered it! haha ;)

It's definitely an unexpected bonus. Guiness factory is a really interesting place. Love that room with all the malted barley on the floor. Smells great in there

I've never been to Wales(for shame) except to drive through on the way to Hollyhead. buddy went to Uni there. Had a blast

Cheers for the messages guys!

I've only managed two brews on the set-up so far, and IPA and a Pale Ale, both sitting pretty in the fermentors.

Its more a case of 'All the gear no idea' at the moment, but finding my way. Hopefully they'll turn out OK :D
