I'm a long time extract brewer and considering whether or not I want to venture into all grain brewing. I would love hook up with an all grain brewer in the Columbus area and watch a brew day just to see the process and types of equipment and space that are needed. Post here or send me a PM if you would be willing to let me observe.

Our LHBS is having a Brewout Saturday June 7th.

Great mix of styles and techniques. Even a Meade brewer.

About an hour drive depending on your location in Columbus.

I as well would be happy to introduce you to the process. I live on the west side of Hilliard. There are a couple of us on my street that brew, most of them at least once every month.

Buckeye Brewcraft in Westerville has "Learn to Brew" events every so often, they're posted on their website. Barley Hopsters in Delaware also does demos from time to time with the local homebrew club DOH. I'd be happy to meet up for a brewday and show you the ropes as well! I live in the Polaris area.
