So my first batch was put in the fermenter on Sunday, now I have to wait 2 weeks for dry hopping and one more week for bottling.
Now regarding carbonation, I am a huge fan of the Irish Ale kind of light bubbles and I strongly dislike the big bubbles you get in most lagers. What would be the best method to ensure the type of bubbles I like in my IPA?
