I've seen this question asked before but couldn't find the thread. I put my Coopers Wheat in the fermenter on Saturday afternoon. Late Saturday night I had bubbles in the airlock and that continued (even quite vigorously) since then. Earlier today I noted no more bubbling.

I know my temp was running high (added the wort too hot I think) but its now in a nice range, 71-72F. So now what? Should I do something or do nothing?

I'm trying the relax, don't worry philosophy, but I want to intervene or fix anything that can be fixed!

Nothing to worry about. Bubbling is not necessarily a sign of fermentation or the lack thereof.

Take a gravity reading after day 4 and see where you're at. Just be sure to sanitize everything you use to take the sample.
