In the midst of transferring my 6.3% ABV porter into secondary..my Auto-Cyphen failed on me! :(

So, in order to get the beer into the secondary carboy I ended up having to use the funnel and pour the beer from primary to secondary. This obviously introduced a ton of oxygen into the beer.
Might this ruin the batch?

Or what problems can I expect as a result of this malfunction?

Woah. Yeah, that's not ideal. It'll probably oxidize a lot more quickly than it would've otherwise. The caramel notes will sweeten up and it'll start to get some cardboard notes. May not be as bad in a porter as it would be in an IPA or something lighter.

If it's ok, I would drink it quickly. The shelf life probably isn't going to be very good.
