Air Lock Leak

I was out of town for 4 days and when I got back I realized that there was a slight tear in the gasket around my air lock, so air was just leaking around the air lock. Is it spoiled?

Unlikely. Positive pressure inside the fermenter from the co2 production will keep bad stuff from getting in. It's fine.
