I figured it was co2. I am having a foam issue and am trying to pinpoint the problem. I am leaning toward temperature at the moment. I haven't been able to get the keg under 48 deg yet. It is supposed to be served at 38 deg.
will an elevated temperature cause foaming? the beer looks good in the lines, it just comes out pure foam. I have tried dialing back the co2 pressure, but am afraid if I dial it back too much (currently 8psi) the beer will lose it's carbonation.
