On one of my taps the first pour of the day starts with a splash as there is air in the line. How can this be? The line is under pressure from the keg, I have no leaks, beer or CO2 that I can detect but my gut says I have one. Any ideas?

Did you over carbonate the beer than lower the pressure? The CO2 in the beer will be released and gravitate to the top of the keg and into your beer line.
