AHB mistake

anybody ever orderd an all grain from Austin Home Brew and got an extract instead, happened to me just wondering?

The proprietor of AHB is active on here. I'm sure they will fix things if you let them know...

Yes, call them. They have great customer service, and I've been very happy with the results I've had when I had a problem and called them.

AHB has not always been perfect, but they have always made it right. I ordered a few kits in one shipment and was missing a few items. With a short email they had the rest sent out quickly no questions asked.
