I just got a beer gun and wanted to bottle my barley wine I just made. Will it still benefit from aging without bottle carbonating/conditioning?

I'm getting ready to transfer a Belhaven Wee Heavy clone to secondary and I was wondering the same thing. Is it best to just keg it and force carbonate or just leave it alone until its ready. Not trying to hijack your thread but I think we could both benefit from others' experiences.

The beer should continue to condition if you carbonate it and bottle it now. It might condition slightly differently than if you had carbonated it in the bottle, but it will definitely condition.
