Been finding some great deals on winter ales since they are out of season. For example Pyramids Snow cap. Will these be OK if I keep until next winter or am I better drinking them "out of season" so to speak. Rather drink a winter ale in spring than wait and find out I have a case of nasty beer next winter.

Beer can dramatically shift flavors over a year. Try to store them in a cool dark place. I say go for it and let us know.

I have aged other beers for a year and some have gotten better with time but not all.

Yeah, from what I've read, teh bigger and maybe darker beers would age better, so think these might be OK.
