I have a 10 gallon batch of RIS that I brewed 1/4/15 (OG 1.098, White Labs WLP004, currently 1.030/~8.93%).

I want to age it for a few months before I bottle it, but I'm not sure if I should leave it in the primary fermentor (15 gallon demijohn) for the entire duration or if I should rack it to secondary to get it off the yeast cake after fermentation is complete.

Suggestions?

Thanks!

If you're going to bulk age it for a while then you should rack it in order to eliminate head space.

if youre aging that long, i would probably rack to 2ndary. You could also just bottle it and let them age.
